I've sat in every chair. Started as an entrepreneur — built a business until it was acquired. Moved into finance as a controller, building solutions for financial management and cost optimization. Then spent five years at a major corporation where I built the entire analytics function from scratch, grew the team from 1 to 12, and trained controllers, analysts, and BI developers across the business.
Most recently, eight years as a data architect and senior consultant — delivering projects from $50K to $300K+, building the Microsoft Fabric practice, and growing the team from 5 to 40+. Clients tend to stay for years, not months. Now I channel all of that into AI.
